CY Executive Resourcing is supporting POhWER in their search for a Director of Finance & Resources.

POhWER was established in 1996 by founders with disabilities, fighting social injustice. The organization supports marginalized, vulnerable, and socially excluded people.

The role involves leading financial strategy, ensuring accurate financial reporting, budgeting, statutory accounts, forecasting, planning, and risk management, all in compliance with UK charity regulations. The Director will oversee financial governance, improve financial performance, and identify income opportunities aligned with charitable objectives.

You will provide strategic insight, lead a team, foster financial accountability, and champion commercial performance and budget control. The role requires identifying and evaluating income diversification opportunities, overseeing pricing, costs, contracting, and funding models, and driving operational efficiency.
