The Director of Finance & Resources is a key leadership role responsible for financial strategy, innovation, and operational excellence. Responsibilities include ensuring accurate financial reporting, budgeting, statutory accounts compliance, forecasting, planning, and risk management.

The role involves ensuring financial governance, improving performance, and identifying income opportunities aligned with charitable goals. As part of the Executive Leadership Team, you will help shape the organization's future and impact.

You will provide strategic insight, lead a team, foster financial accountability, and champion commercial performance. The role also includes diversifying income, overseeing pricing and funding models, and driving operational efficiency.
