The Director of Finance & Resources is a key leadership role responsible for financial strategy, innovation, and operational excellence. Responsibilities include financial reporting, budgeting, statutory accounts, forecasting, planning, risk management, governance, performance improvement, and income diversification.

You will provide strategic insight, lead a team, foster financial accountability, and champion commercial performance. You will oversee pricing, cost management, contracting, funding models, and drive efficiency.
