CY Executive Resourcing are delighted to be supporting POhWER in the search for their next Director of Finance & Resources.

POhWER was established in 1996 by founders with disabilities, fighting social injustice and challenges. The organization supports marginalized, vulnerable, and socially excluded people.

The Director of Finance & Resources will lead financial strategy, ensure accurate financial reporting, budgeting, statutory accounts, and compliance with UK charity regulations. Responsibilities include financial governance, performance improvement, income diversification, and contributing to strategic direction as part of the Executive Leadership Team.

You will provide strategic insight, lead and develop a high-performing team, foster financial accountability, and champion commercial performance and efficiency. The role requires strategic thinking, resilience under pressure, and alignment with POhWER's ethos of mutual respect and effective teamwork.
