Base pay range

We are delighted to be leading the search for a Qualified Finance Director on behalf of a growing SaaS business with presence in the UK, USA, Australia and Europe.

Working closely with the Group CEO and UK Managing Director, the Finance Director will be the financial lead for the business, running day-to-day operations and providing detailed analysis to enable critical decision-making. The Finance Director is required to streamline Group reporting and consolidation and implement new systems to enhance operational performance.

The role is fully remote with occasional meetings in London. We’re seeking a high-energy qualified Accountant with experience in adding tangible commercial value in scaling international SaaS or technology businesses with an ARR/MRR focus.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and execute day-to-day operational functions (compliance, tax, and financial reporting)
• Present monthly board pack to the SLT and investors
• Manage all aspects of invoicing and contract renewals with the administrative support of an Accounts Assistant
• Produce management accounts and consolidation across multiple entities and currencies (reporting in GBP)
• Execute robust cash control through subscription invoicing, contract renewals, intercompany transactions, and debtors. Ensure real-time cash flow projections are available to the SLT
• Manage liaising with the payroll bureau for amendments and ensure accurate processing of the monthly payroll, including reconciliation for Group CEO approval
• File all regulatory requirements and tax returns for all legal entities

Candidate Profile:

• 10+ years of international financial experience in the technology industry
• Must have UK and US tax experience
• Independent thinker who proactively manages all financial aspects of the business
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset with ability to interact with customers and prospects to negotiate terms when necessary
• Self-starter who brings solutions to the SLT to improve all aspects of the business
