• 10+ years IAM experience in financial/enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Own unified EIAM platform strategy and roadmap that span identity lifecycle, authorization, governance, PAM, and secrets management.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for solution architectures.
• Act as liaison between vendor capabilities and RBC product needs, guiding vendor roadmap decisions.
• Evaluate vendor offerings against RBC criteria to validate fit and address capability gaps.
• Collaborate with IAM Architects to design access-related solutions within resource constraints.
• Prioritize and adjust roadmaps as business needs and vendor landscapes evolve.
• Serve as primary cross-functional contact for IAM strategy and vendor integrations.
• Develop roadmaps aligned with a 2-year technology vision including AI and PAM trends.
• Embed regulatory controls into product design with Compliance and Risk teams.
• Mentor product and tech teams on identity architecture and governance best practices.
