Job summary

MUFG Investor Services in the United Kingdom is seeking a Junior Associate Director, IT, IAM & PAM Technical Lead to drive PAM strategy and operations. You will partner with Security, Cloud, and Infrastructure teams to implement secure IAM solutions and oversee privileged access across platforms.

The role requires hands-on PAM engineering, strong governance, and experience with enterprise PAM platforms such as CyberArk, Delinea, or BeyondTrust.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of PAM operations and engineering experience.
• Deep knowledge of PAM concepts, technologies, and governance.
• Experience managing and operating enterprise PAM platforms independently.
• Hands-on experience with IAM/IGA solutions and cloud identity services.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support PAM solutions across diverse user populations and systems.
• Develop and optimize PAM processes, procedures and policies.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate PAM-related risks with security teams.
• Onboard and migrate privileged access into PAM with cloud/infrastructure teams.
• Collaborate with PAM vendors to enhance platform capabilities and drive improvements.
• Provide global operational support for PAM platforms, including on-call rotations.
• Support IAM and IGA implementations and governance activities.
• Lead IAM/PAM audit, compliance, and regulatory reviews.
