Job summary

ECS Resource Group Ltd is seeking an IAM Architect for a 6-month remote contract to support an enterprise identity transformation programme.

The role covers Active Directory, Entra ID, Okta and PAM, delivering secure, scalable identity solutions in collaboration with Security and Infrastructure teams. Strong enterprise IAM architecture experience and deep knowledge of authentication and access controls are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working at Architect level within IAM / Active Directory.
• Strong enterprise IAM / Identity Architecture experience.
• Strong Active Directory architecture and design experience.
• Experience with Entra ID, Okta and PAM.
• Strong understanding of authentication, authorisation and access controls.
• Experience delivering identity transformation or migration programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management and architectural problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise IAM architecture across Active Directory, Entra ID, Okta and PAM
• Define identity, authentication and access management strategies
• Support identity transformation, migration and modernisation programmes
• Work closely with Security, Infrastructure and Identity teams
• Identify and implement improvements to identity security and access controls
• Develop architectural designs, standards and roadmaps
