Job summary

Deel is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the Platform vertical for identity and access management across a 150+ country footprint. You will shape authentication, authorization, SSO, and RBAC strategies, working with Compliance, Legal, IT and Data to translate needs into robust product decisions.

You will design scalable identity architecture, drive verification strategies, and manage competing priorities while ensuring platform stability and secure operations at scale.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product experience in identity, security, or platform infrastructure.
• Deep technical fluency in IAM, authentication, authorization, or related systems.
• Ability to synthesize multiple stakeholder needs and set clear direction.
• Experience shipping infrastructure-scale products.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the roadmap for identity and access management.
• Translate requirements from Compliance, Legal, IT and Data into product decisions.
• Design identity architecture for diverse user types and contexts.
• Develop scalable identity verification and compliance strategies.
• Prioritize and manage competing stakeholder requests.
• Own production stability and incident response for IAM systems.
• Break down complex regulatory requirements into a shippable roadmap.
