Job summary

Ennismore is seeking a Director of E-Commerce for The Hoxton and Working From_ on a maternity cover contract starting January 2027 for 9–12 months. You’ll drive the commercial strategy, lead a four-person team, and push direct bookings across Hoxton.com and All.com while collaborating with brand, revenue, and data functions.

You will oversee marketing, pricing, content optimisation, and digital product initiatives to maximise web direct revenue and improve user experience.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering commercial performance and direct bookings growth.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders and driving business change.
• Strong understanding of ecommerce, UX, and revenue optimisation.
• Deep knowledge of digital marketing, paid media, SEO, and AI-driven campaigns.
• Data-driven decision making with analytics tools familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the annual ecommerce plan to hit monthly targets across Hoxton brands.
• Grow direct bookings and reduce reliance on OTA channels.
• Lead a team of four across Website, CRO, Digital Marketing and CRM.
• Collaborate with product, revenue, and data teams to optimise user journeys.
• Manage budgets to maximise ROI and balance pricing strategies.
• Ensure new openings are digitally ready and aligned with ecommerce strategy.
• Support feature prioritisation and troubleshoot website issues quickly.
