Ennismore is seeking a Director of E-Commerce on maternity cover to lead the commercial strategy for The Hoxton and Working From_ properties. You will manage a team of four across Website, CRO, Digital Marketing and CRM, focusing on direct bookings, revenue targets and brand-wide ecommerce initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering commercial performance and direct bookings growth.
• Experience collaborating with senior stakeholders across multiple departments.
• Strong understanding of digital product development, UX and revenue optimisation.
• Deep knowledge of digital marketing, including paid media and SEO.
• Highly analytical with data-driven decision making and proficiency with analytics tools.
• Experience leading and developing a cross-functional ecommerce team.

Responsabilités

• Deliver the commercial plan and hit monthly revenue targets for Hoxton properties across brand sites.
• Drive direct bookings and reduce reliance on OTAs through initiatives and optimisations.
• Lead acquisition, retention marketing and multichannel campaigns to convert traffic to bookings.
• Oversee budget, ROI and creative best practices for ecommerce activities.
• Collaborate with product/engineering to align features with commercial objectives.
• Guide CRO initiatives to improve content experience, UX and conversion rates.
