Job summary

Roomytown Ltd in Bath is seeking a creative Social Media & Content Executive to own day-to-day social channels and support ecommerce during maternity leave. The role blends content storytelling with website merchandising, email marketing, and working with paid media partners.

You’ll collaborate with the Founder & Creative Director and the Director of Sales & Marketing, with flexibility to work remotely and plan to spend 1–2 days a week in Bath studio to stay close to the team and product.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience managing social media channels for a consumer or lifestyle brand.
• Strong content creation and copywriting skills.
• Experience with e-commerce, website merchandising, or digital marketing.
• Experience creating email marketing campaigns.
• Comfortable working with external agencies and partners.
• Good organisational skills with multiple priorities.
• Proactive, collaborative approach to growing a brand.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the day-to-day social media channels and content calendar.
• Develop and deliver engaging social content reflecting the brand.
• Coordinate content across platforms and monitor performance.
• Lead paid media coordination with agencies for Meta, Google and Pinterest.
• Engage with communities and creators to build brand presence.
• Support product launches, campaigns, and key trading periods.
• Cover ecommerce and digital marketing activities during maternity leave.
