Holroyd Howe is seeking a visionary Director of Catering to lead the catering services at Habs Girls and Habs Boys on a shared Hertfordshire campus. You will drive strategic direction, financial stewardship and menu innovation to deliver exceptional dining experiences for pupils and staff.

You will join Holroyd Howe, a leading UK contract caterer focused on independent schools, with a commitment to allergen safety, training, and continuous service improvements across the campuses.

Salary: £65 - 70,000 per annum

About the role:

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Director of Catering to lead the catering services at Habs' Girls and Habs' Boys which are two leading independent day schools located on a shared 100-plus-acre campus in Elstree, Hertfordshire, just outside north London.

You will be responsible for strategic leadership, financial management, and the continuous development of exceptional food and hospitality offerings. This role requires strong commercial acumen, inspirational leadership, and a passion for delivering outstanding culinary experiences.

You will be joining Holroyd Howe, one of the UK’s leading contract caterers, providing fresh innovative food services solely to independent schools and colleges. We are a team of experienced professionals who tailor our catering service provision specifically to suit children of all ages in order to meet the bespoke requirements of each school.
