Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Director of Operations to lead our operational strategies and ensure the seamless execution of our services as we expand nationally. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in operational management within the healthcare sector, specifically in NHS Framework, Supported and Living Care, and market recruitment in Scotland and Wales. A key focus will be on opening new revenue streams through the introduction of regulated services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies that align with Carex Group’s vision and mission, focusing on NHS Framework, Supported Living Care, and the introduction of new regulated service streams.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and high-quality service delivery, particularly in recruitment and staffing as we expand into new markets.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to open new revenue streams through the introduction of additional regulated services, enhancing business growth.
- Collaborate with team members to foster a positive and productive workplace culture.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports on operational effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory standards, maintaining a strong understanding of regulators across the healthcare sector, including CQC.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including clients, community partners, and regulatory agencies.
- Lead recruitment, training, and development initiatives to build a skilled and motivated team.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in regulations to ensure operational alignment and compliance.
Qualifications:
Salary and Benefits:
-Salary:Starting from £50,000 per year
- Bonus:Performance-related bonuses ranging from 5% to 20% based on achieving targets and securing new contracts.
- Benefits:As per care industry standards, including health insurance, pension contributions, and paid time off.
