The Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Director of Business Development to expand our global presence and drive revenue growth. This role requires a dynamic leader with a strong background in sales, partnerships, and strategic growth initiatives, preferably within the personal development, coaching, or professional training industries. You will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies, identifying new market opportunities, and building high-level partnerships to scale our impact.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Growth & Revenue Expansion

  • Develop and implement business growth strategies to drive revenue and market expansion.
  • Identify new sales channels, partnerships, and collaboration opportunities.
  • Optimize and scale existing sales processes to maximize conversion and retention.

Partnership & Relationship Development

  • Build and nurture strategic partnerships with coaches, executives, influencers, and organizations.
  • Develop affiliate and referral programs to increase brand reach and impact.
  • Represent the company at live events, networking functions, and industry conferences.

Sales & Marketing Collaboration

  • Work closely with the marketing team to align lead generation, branding, and messaging strategies.
  • Oversee business development campaigns, including digital strategies, events, and sponsorships.
  • Provide insights on market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.

Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing business development team.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and results-driven execution.
  • Set performance metrics and ensure the team meets business development goals.
Who You Are

️ A visionary leader with 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships.

️ Passionate about personal and leadership development, with an entrepreneurial mindset.

️ Proven success in scaling a business, increasing revenue, and forming strategic alliances.

️ Experience in online learning, coaching, or training industries is a plus.

️ Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Business Operations:

  • Attend global Zoom training sessions to stay updated on educational information and community support.
  • Conduct research for global marketing and advertising strategies.

  • Schedule and conduct consultative interviews, providing further educational information to potential candidates.
  • Maintain and utilize CRM systems for lead management and tracking.
