The Director of Business Development EMEA - Hotels+Leisure Channel will grow new strategic partnerships, drive sales, and manage key customer relationships through strong team management (remote business development and sales managers in European markets). This person will track new market trends, recommend new products and services, and drive the long-term commercial objectives for the development of the EMEA business. They will build pipelines across new channels in the hotel, spa, leisure, and venue sectors, as well as managing the business development team. The role involves working across multiple functions and strategic development, based in the UK. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience, drive, passion, effective remote management skills, and the ability to create a high-performing team.
