Job description

JoVE is the world-leading producer and provider of science video solutions with the mission to improve scientific research and education. Millions of scientists, educators and students use JoVE for their research, teaching and learning. Our institutional clients comprise over 1,000 universities, colleges, and biopharma companies, including such leaders as Harvard, MIT, Yale, and Stanford. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute brand strategies to position JoVE as a must-have solution for educational institutions and biopharma companies.
  • Drive brand awareness and engagement through multi-channel campaigns across social media, email, events and webinars.
  • Create compelling narratives that resonate with the target audience, including faculty, researchers and librarians.
  • Establish clear goals, monitor performance, and make continuous improvements.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure brand messaging is aligned and impactful.
  • Partner with PR agencies to secure media coverage and manage all aspects of external communications.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in brand leadership roles. Experience in higher education or Edtech is a plus.
  • Proven ability to lead teams to execute high impact projects.
  • Track record of building strong brands that achieve market recognition, business growth and resonance among target audiences.
  • Familiarity with latest trends in AI and its applications in marketing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-starter, result-oriented, and ability to thrive in a fast paced environment.
  • Experience with HubSpot or other marketing CRMs is preferred.
