AND Digital Limited is seeking a Director of AI Strategy and Innovation to lead client engagements, shaping AI transformation roadmaps and enabling technology-led change. You will influence C-suite stakeholders, design future-ready operating models, and contribute to market-facing AI offerings.

This role blends strategic thinking with practical delivery and public representation. You will help grow the regional Club, align with AND’s AI and automation practice, and drive initiatives that deliver

Competenze

• Formal consulting, professional services, or digital transformation experience.
• Strong understanding of digital delivery in Strategy, Product, AI, Technology, Delivery and People implications.
• Ability to influence stakeholders with a recommended digital and AI-based transformation approach.
• Experience in leading engagements with senior client stakeholders.

Mansioni

• Manage client engagements end-to-end, influencing AI strategy and transformation.
• Lead the design of new ways of working with AI and digital across functions.
• Develop compelling business cases to show value of AI-driven changes.
• Contribute to revenue growth and account development within the regional Club.
