Job summary

Milltown Partners LLP is recruiting a Director to lead top-tier client relationships, shape strategic communications and lead teams across technology, business and culture. You will guide advisory work, drive AI-enhanced capabilities, and help scale the firm’s AI offerings while developing our people.

You will build strategic communications for high-stakes campaigns, manage senior stakeholders, and lead cross-functional collaborations across our global offices.

Qualifications

• Extensive corporate communications experience in consultancy or in-house roles
• Ability to develop research-driven communication strategies influencing senior stakeholders
• Proven track record in advisory relationships with C-suite leaders under pressure
• Experience creating media strategies and managing relationships with senior editors
• Skilled in leading competitive pitches and new business conversations
• Experience building and leading high-performing teams and coaching
• Understanding of AI tools and applying them to advisory work
• Curiosity to develop expertise in new areas and entrepreneurial networking
• Commitment to inclusive culture and seeking feedback
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
