Job summary

Milltown Partners LLP is seeking a Senior Consultant to shape strategy, lead client work, and drive AI-enhanced advisory in sport and investor-focused campaigns. You’ll work with senior stakeholders, manage teams, and deliver high-impact communications across multiple channels.

You will leverage your deep knowledge of sports business, governance, and media strategy to deliver insights for owners, fans, regulators and investors while building Milltown’s profile in the sports world.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of corporate communications experience with exposure to sport, investor, transaction-led or consumer brand clients.
• Strong understanding of the business of sport: ownership, investment, media rights, governance and regulation.
• Ability to go deep into unfamiliar territory, find angles, and produce well-grounded work.

Responsibilities

• Shape communications strategy: translate complex transactions into engaging narratives and design integrated plans.
• Drive client work: manage junior colleagues, deliver high-quality outputs, and drive significant moments in campaigns.
• Use AI to drive outcomes: apply Claude, Gemini and internal AI Studio to research and analysis at scale.
• Contribute to the business: understand commercial context, spot growth opportunities, and help grow the firm's sports profile.
• Build a collaborative environment: provide feedback, seek input, and foster inclusion.
