Job summary

Mastercard Foundry seeks a Director of New Product Development to drive new to market payments products and partnerships. You will identify market opportunities, develop compelling business cases, and partner with cross-functional teams to move concepts from idea to commercialisation.

This leadership role requires strong product development expertise, strategic thinking and the ability to influence stakeholders across Technology, Legal and Commercial to deliver differentiated solutions.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading product development and launching new to market solutions.
• Strong understanding of the global commercial payments ecosystem.
• Excellent analytical, written and verbal communication for executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Identify, assess and prioritise market opportunities across core payments and services, translating needs into clear product opportunities.
• Develop narratives, value propositions and business cases to support investment decisions.
• Lead cross functional collaborations to design solutions and secure alignment across Technology, CXD, Legal and Commercial.
