Job summary

Visa seeks a dynamic Product Manager to drive money movement initiatives within Visa Direct Global Product. You will own the product lifecycle from discovery through delivery, launch and ongoing optimization, collaborating with regional teams, business partners, and global product and engineering teams to deliver scalable, secure money movement solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, economics or related field; MS or MBA is a plus.
• 6+ years of experience in Product Management within payments, fintech, or digital financial services.
• Strong understanding of money movement ecosystem; Visa Direct experience is a plus.
• Data‑driven mindset with the ability to use insights to inform decisions and measure outcomes.
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and deliver opportunities to enhance money movement solutions, reducing cost and friction.
• Lead stakeholder discovery to validate problems, shape priorities, and inform innovation strategy.
• Translate opportunities into product initiatives, epics, and features with business cases and market insights.
• Own the product lifecycle from discovery to delivery, launch, and optimization.
• Partner with engineering to deliver secure, scalable, high‑quality solutions.
• Work cross functionally with commercial, risk, legal, compliance and operations teams.
