Mastercard Security Solutions seeks a Product Manager to lead Threat Protection and IP Intelligence portfolio, define strategy, roadmap, and go-to-market while collaborating with engineering, sales, finance, and regional teams to deliver scalable security solutions.

This high-visibility role requires a commercially minded leader who can translate market needs into business outcomes, manage the portfolio P&L, and drive revenue growth and customer value.

Qualifications

• Proven product management experience in cybersecurity, enterprise tech, or similar.
• Demonstrated commercial ownership with revenue targets, expenses, forecasting, pricing, and margins.
• Experience in B2B product commercialization including packaging, pricing, and go-to-market.
• Experience working with direct sales and partner-led business models.
• Strong communication and cross-functional leadership across global teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product strategy for Threat Protection and IP Intelligence with clear priorities and measurable outcomes.
• Manage the portfolio P&L, forecast performance, and drive revenue growth and operating efficiency.
• Define and prioritize the product roadmap with engineering and technical teams.
• Lead commercialization activities: packaging, pricing, licensing, channel strategy, and sales enablement.
• Collaborate with sales, regional teams and marketing to build pipeline and address adoption barriers.
• Engage with customers and partners to validate direction and identify growth opportunities.
• Develop business cases with customer needs, market opportunity, financial impact, and delivery requirements.
• Work with engineering and security teams to translate requirements into tangible product outcomes.
• Coordinate with finance for forecasts and performance reporting; communicate progress to leadership.
• Represent the portfolio in reviews, leadership updates, and customer/partner engagements.
