Job summary

Mastercard is seeking a Director of Product Enablement and Go-to-Market to accelerate market adoption of its fraud and financial crime solutions. You will connect product strategy with customer needs and commercial execution, empowering regional sales and delivery teams with compelling messaging and assets.

You will translate complex fraud and payments risk into clear customer outcomes, work across global teams, and help shape roadmap while ensuring scalable, commercially viable solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong background in pre-sales, solution consulting, product enablement, or go-to-market roles.
• Experience translating fraud, financial crime and payment risk into business value.
• Proven ability to create sales enablement materials that help commercial teams explain complex solutions.
• Comfortable working with global and regional teams to adapt messaging to local markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead product enablement and go-to-market readiness for Account-to-Account Risk Solutions.
• Partner with regional/global sales to support pre-sales engagements and executive conversations.
• Translate customer fraud and financial crime challenges into clear product value propositions.
• Develop and maintain sales enablement assets: pitches, briefs, demos, FAQs, and playbooks.
• Bridge Product, Sales, Delivery, Technology, and Regional teams to feed market feedback into roadmap.
• Support go-to-market execution for new launches and market expansions with clear messaging and readiness plans.
• Provide SME on fraud prevention, mule activity, and account-to-account payments for client engagements.
• Represent customer voice in product discussions to ensure commercial viability and scalability.
