Adecco Portugal is seeking a Warehouse & Logistics Director in West Sussex to take ownership of a multi-site warehouse operation. You will drive the transformation of stock control, goods-in, warehousing, and dispatch while upholding stock accuracy and customer service standards.

The role involves shaping strategy, processes, systems, and growth, with responsibility for KPIs, systems implementation, and continuous improvement across sites.

• Strong stock control, inventory management, and goods-in knowledge.
• Proven ability to implement and optimise warehouse technology.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple warehouse locations.
• Manage goods-in, stock control, storage, picking, packing, dispatch and returns.
• Develop and motivate warehouse teams to high performance.
• Improve layouts, processes, and space utilisation for productivity.
• Drive stock accuracy improvements and reduce errors.
• Lead implementation and optimisation of WMS and barcode systems.
• Monitor KPIs: productivity, order accuracy, service levels, inventory.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align with business goals.
• Ensure health & safety and operational standards compliance.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities and deliver solutions.
