Nextech Group Limited in Surrey, United Kingdom, is seeking a Director of Managed Services to lead a well-established MSP division within a technology group. You will own the P&L, shape strategy and drive profitable growth across services and delivery teams.

This senior role requires a proven track record in MSP leadership, with responsibility for revenue, margins and customer outcomes, plus the ability to engage with board-level stakeholders and customers.

Qualificações

• Proven senior leadership experience within an MSP environment.
• Full ownership of P&L and budget forecasting.
• Strong understanding of revenue, gross margin, EBITDA, and profitability.
• Knowledge of Microsoft, Azure, cloud, cyber security, and managed services.
• Record of winning new business and improving contract performance.
• Commercial, data-driven decision making with stakeholder communication.
• Experience leading diverse managed services teams and programs.

Responsabilidades

• Set and deliver divisional strategy aligned to business goals.
• Own P&L including revenue, margin, and forecasting.
• Lead managed services and professional services operations.
• Drive new-logo acquisition and strengthen client relationships.
• Identify opportunities to expand MSP offerings across the group.
• Oversee Microsoft-focused and Azure-led services and security offerings.
• Ensure high standards of service delivery and customer retention.
• Manage costs to prevent margin leakage.
• Use data to improve productivity and service levels.
• Recruit, develop and motivate a high-performing team.
• Represent the division to customers, employees and the board.
