The role includes developing and implementing operational readiness strategies and advising senior stakeholders across diverse sectors including technology and healthcare.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Facilities Management with exceptional leadership skills, ready to drive growth and build high-performing teams within the organization.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering FM Operational Readiness or mobilisation programmes.
• Strong understanding of asset handover and transition into operations.
• Proven ability to lead design reviews and readiness assurance.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational readiness and Government Soft Landings programmes.
• Act as trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.
• Develop and implement comprehensive Operational Readiness Plans.
