Job description

Director, Global Brand and Communications

Could you be our next Director, Global Brand and Communications?

Reapit is the original, end-to-end business technology provider for estate agencies of all sizes. We’ve been helping sales and lettings agents to build relationships and grow their businesses for more than 25 years. Our technology connects property professionals in Europe, the Middle East, Australia, and New Zealand with buyers, sellers, tenants and landlords to power the relationships that change lives.

In the United Kingdom and Ireland, Reapit’s market-leading technology product suite provides estate and lettings agents with powerful tools covering sales, lettings, property management, block management, client accounts and analytics, underpinned by a robust, security infrastructure.

What you'll be doing

Reapit is the market leader in estate agency technology. But leadership isn’t something you declare. It’s something the market believes.

We’re looking for a Director, Brand & Communications to shape that belief, strengthening Reapit’s visibility and influence across the industry and ensuring we are at the heart of the conversations shaping its future.

You’ll own how Reapit shows up in the market, from brand and PR to social media, thought leadership, executive communications and compelling storytelling. You’ll build awareness and preference for Reapit, grow our share of voice and position both the company and our leaders as influential voices within the industry.

This is a global role, working closely with our regional marketing teams. While regional teams own customer engagement, local marketing plans and commercial outcomes, you’ll give them the brand, campaigns, content, creative services and communications support they need to increase their impact.

Through our central Brand & Communications function and Global Brand Studio, you’ll build a model that combines strong global brand leadership with effective regional execution.

Success isn’t measured by how much content we produce. It’s measured by the influence Reapit has in the market and the value Brand & Communications creates for our regional teams.

Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you’ll lead Reapit’s global Brand & Communications function and be responsible for:

owning Reapit’s global brand and communications strategy, strengthening our visibility, credibility and influence across the estate agency technology market.

Leading our PR, media and industry influencer strategy, using compelling storytelling, thought leadership and executive visibility to build trust and market leadership.

Growing Reapit’s share of voice across earned media, social media, industry channels and relevant communities.

Developing and delivering brand campaigns and content that position Reapit as an innovation leader in PropTech.

Leading Reapit’s in-house Global Brand Studio, bringing together design, copywriting and communications capabilities.

Partnering with Global Demand Generation and regional marketing teams to deliver creative services, campaign assets, PR support and thought leadership programmes.

Owning our internal communications programme, helping colleagues understand and connect with Reapit’s vision, strategy and culture.

Building executive communications and speaking programmes that establish Reapit leaders as recognised industry voices.

Creating a clear operating model for regional support, including prioritisation, intake processes and service standards.

Defining meaningful measures for brand awareness and influence, share of voice, reputation, internal engagement and the value Brand & Communications delivers to regional teams.

Who we’re looking for

At Reapit, we prioritise hiring individuals who share our values and possess the right attitudes and behaviours for success. Whilst some of the listed requirements may be important, don’t worry if you don’t meet all of them, we’d still like to hear from you.

Senior leadership experience across brand, communications, PR, corporate affairs or a closely related discipline.

Proven success increasing brand awareness, preference and influence in a B2B SaaS, technology or platform business.

An exceptional creative storyteller who can turn company strategy, customer insight and market trends into compelling narratives.

Strong expertise across brand campaigns, public relations, social media, thought leadership and executive communications.

Experience leading multidisciplinary creative, content and communications teams, including an in-house studio or agency model.

A strong track record of partnering with senior executives, regional marketing teams and external media or industry stakeholders.

Experience creating global narratives while adapting effectively to regional market nuances, ideally including the UKI and ANZ markets.

A commercial, outcomes-focused approach, with the ability to define meaningful measures for awareness, share of voice, reputation and internal engagement.

A degree or equivalent professional experience in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, Communications or a related discipline.

What your impact and success looks like

As Director, Brand & Communications, we expect your success and impact in the early stages of your career with us to look something like this:

Within 1 month:

Build relationships with the Chief Marketing Officer, regional marketing leaders, executives and the central Brand & Communications team.

Assess current brand positioning, channel performance, share-of-voice data, internal communications and regional support needs.

Agree the priority outcomes, baseline measures and immediate opportunities for Brand & Communications.

Within 3 months:

Present a global Brand & Communications strategy and roadmap covering PR, brand campaigns, thought leadership, executive visibility and internal communications.

Implement a practical measurement framework for share of voice, brand awareness, reputation, executive visibility, internal engagement and regional-team value.

Establish clear Global Brand Studio ways of working, including regional intake, prioritisation and service standards alongside Demand Generation.

Within 6 months:

Deliver initial brand, PR and thought-leadership programmes that increase Reapit’s visibility in priority markets and industry conversations.

Demonstrate improved support for regional marketing teams through consistent creative delivery, campaign assets and communications programmes.

Show measurable progress against the agreed brand, media, reputation and internal communications baselines.
