Design and develop scalable, high-performance REST APIs and microservices using C# and .NET C

les.Work with Aurora MySQL to design schemas, optimise queries, and ensure performance across distributed syst
ems.Contribute to event-driven architectures using AWS SNS, SQS, and Step Functions for scalable integrati
ons.Champion testing culture—implementing and maintaining unit and integration tests using xUnit or NU
nit.Lead by example in CI/CD practices (GitHub Actions, CodePipeline), ensuring reliable, automated deployme
nts.Mentor junior engineers in coding best practices, secure‑by‑design principles, and system des
ign.Troubleshoot, monitor, and optimise distributed systems using AWS CloudWatch and Graf
ana.Proactively identify and resolve technical debt, driving continuous improvement across codeba

APIs.Strong understanding of microservices architecture and cloud-first software d
esign.Hands‑on experience with AWS serverless services (Lambda, API Gateway, SQS/SNS, Step Functions
, S3).Proficiency with relational databases, especially Aurora MySQL, and data modelling best prac
tices.Knowledge of secure coding principles, authentication/authorisation (OAuth2, JWT), and data prote
