Job description

Please note - this role is a 12 month fixed term contract.

Reapit – Who are we?

Reapit is the original end-to-end business technology provider for estate agencies of all sizes. We’ve been helping sales and lettings agents build relationships and grow their businesses for more than 25 years. Our technology empowers property professionals across Europe, the Middle East, Australia, and New Zealand to work with buyers, sellers, tenants, and landlords to deliver a dream home experience.

We are looking for a Product Manager to be the single, dedicated product lead for our strategic partnership with one of the UK’s largest estate agency groups. You will be the face of Reapit Product to this client: the person who understands their business deeply, captures what they need, and turns it into a clear, prioritised product plan that our teams can deliver.

You will gather business requirements directly from the client, translate them into product features, and work with the Product Owners across our platform to implement. You will own the “what and why”, while the Product Owners and engineering teams own the “how”.

Reporting to the Head of Product (Enterprise) you’ll be involved in:

Acting as the single product point of contact for key enterprise client, building trusted relationships with their business and technology stakeholders

Running discovery with client to understand their workflows, pain points, and commercial priorities

Translating business requirements into clear product features, outcomes, and acceptance criteria

Working with Product Owners on backlog prioritisation so the appropriate work is delivered with pace and focus

Balancing the customers specific needs against Reapit’s wider product strategy and roadmap, and being clear and honest about trade-offs

Managing expectations and communicating progress, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders on both sides

Defining and tracking measures of success for delivered features (adoption, efficiency gains, commercial value)

Collaborating with Customer Success, Sales, Engineering, and Project Management to ensure delivery lands well

Who we’re looking for

At Reapit, we prioritise hiring individuals who share our values and possess the right attitudes and behaviours for success. Whilst some of the listed requirements may be important, don’t worry if you don’t meet all of them, we’d still like to hear from you.

Proven experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner, ideally from a consulting background and/or in proptech or a related property or financial services domain

Strong stakeholder and client-facing skills, with confidence working with senior stakeholders and acting as a trusted advisor.

Excellent requirements gathering skills: able to draw out what a client actually needs (not just what they ask for) and shape it into clear product features

Comfortable operating as an embedded, single point of contact for a major client while staying aligned to wider product strategy

Able to work through influence, partnering with multiple Product Owners and engineering teams without direct line authority

Strong prioritisation and negotiation skills, with the ability to say no, or “not yet”, constructively

Data-driven, with the ability to turn insights into clear actions and measurable outcomes

Clear, structured communicator, written and verbal, who can adapt message and detail for executives, engineers, and end users

Able to translate ideas into clear, testable prototypes or concepts quickly to support discovery and decision-making

Self-directed and comfortable with ambiguity, with a high bias for action

What your impact and success looks like

As a Product Manager we expect your success and impact in the early stages of your career with us to look something like this:

Within 1 month:

Build a clear understanding of Reapit’s product set, the partnership, and the commercial context

Meet the key client stakeholders and the Product Owners and engineering teams supporting the client swimlane

Understand the current state of client requirements, commitments, and delivery status

Identify early gaps, risks, and quick wins

Agree success measures with client and with Reapit leadership

Within 3 months:

Be established as the trusted product contact for client, with regular communication rhythms in place

Complete a structured discovery and consolidate business requirements into a prioritised view and begin executing on delivery

Translate requirements into a clear product backlog and roadmap with the Product Owners

Establish a transparent process for managing scope, trade-offs, and changes

What’s in it for you?

We operate a Flexible Working Policy and we would like for you to work from our London office 1-2 days a week.

We’re offering the chance to really make a difference here at Reapit and the opportunity for personal growth is very real. You’ll feel part of a special team. You can expect a highly competitive salary and some great benefits.
