Job summary

Northern Trust is seeking a Product Head, EMEA to define and deliver the strategic direction of the regional product suite across Asset Servicing. You will lead a regional product team and ensure alignment with the broader Whole Office vision, enabling clients to access data, analytics, and insights across portfolios.

The role combines strategic leadership, commercial delivery, and cross-functional collaboration to drive growth and consistent product outcomes across the region.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in product management within financial services or related industry.
• Experience contributing to or leading product strategy and delivery across large organisations.
• Ability to analyse data and use insights to inform decision-making.
• Strong communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver the strategic vision and long-term roadmap for the EMEA product suite.
• Lead regional product teams to deliver scalable, client-focused solutions.
• Shape commercial strategy with business units and Sales teams.
• Drive product development informed by client needs and industry trends.
• Collaborate with Sales/Marketing on go-to-market plans and client engagements.
• Work with technology and operations to support tech strategies and transformation.
