Job summary

Columbia Threadneedle Investments in London is seeking a Product Manager to design and launch new products for the European market, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver strong customer outcomes and commercial success.

Qualifications

Strong interest in asset management and client-focused product development.
Knowledge of European pooled fund structures (UCITS/AIFs) and distribution channels.
Experience with product lifecycle management and driving client outcomes.

Responsibilities

Lead or support research, design, development and launch of new products for the European market.
Ensure product design meets needs of defined target markets and segments.
Prepare and present product concepts and business cases to senior management and committees.
Manage launch projects and engage key stakeholders to align expectations.
Maintain product specifications, run books, logs and meeting minutes; conduct post-launch reviews.
