Job summary

Northern Trust is seeking a Product Head, EMEA based in London to define and deliver the strategic direction of the regional product suite across Asset Servicing. You will lead a regional product team, collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Technology, and drive client-focused product capabilities in line with the Whole Office vision.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience and expertise in product management within financial services or a related industry.
• Experience contributing to or leading product strategy and delivery across complex organisations.
• Understanding of market dynamics, client needs, and product lifecycle management.
• Experience working across cross-functional teams including business, technology, and operations.
• Ability to analyse data and use insights to inform decision-making.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver a clear strategic vision and long-term roadmap for the EMEA product suite.
• Lead and develop a regional product team to deliver scalable and client-focused solutions.
• Partner with business units and Sales teams to shape and deliver commercial strategy.
• Identify and respond to market opportunities and competitive trends.
• Drive product development informed by client needs, industry developments, and regulatory considerations.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to develop and execute go-to-market plans.
• Work across business, technology, and operations to support development and implementation of technology strategies.
