Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a senior data management leader to bridge the technical and business worlds as you design and evolve a cloud-native SaaS data platform for life sciences and healthcare analytics.

You will own the vision, drive product strategy, and lead a cross-functional team to deliver scalable solutions while building strong partnerships with partners, development, QA, and delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years building, managing and driving data management and analytics innovation in life sciences.
• 10+ years experience with databases, data warehousing, data lakes, and related technologies.
• Proven proficiency delivering across multiple cloud platforms, with AWS expertise.
• Experience leading complex data pipelines and analytics platforms using Hive, Spark, Presto, Cassandra, Hadoop, and ML/NLP capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a team of data management professionals in life sciences.
• Collaborate with partners, development teams, QA, and delivery leads to support product development.
• Drive innovation and develop new capabilities for healthcare data management challenges.
• Navigate frequent changes and competing priorities while championing PM best practices.
