Job summary

Gigaclear plc is seeking an experienced commercial leader to drive strategy, pricing, and new revenue initiatives across B2B and B2C markets. The role requires building a scalable data architecture and enabling informed decision making with a Snowflake-based environment.

The position is hybrid with regular commuting to the Head Office in Abingdon, Oxon, about three days per week, and offers the chance to shape Gigaclear's growth path and long-term value creation.

Qualifications

• Experience leading commercial strategy and portfolio development.
• Proven ability to build segmented go-to-market plans and pricing architectures.
• Track record launching new revenue streams for B2B/B2C markets.
• Strong data-driven decision making and analytics capabilities.
• Comfortable operating across strategic and executional layers.

Responsibilities

• Lead product proposition development, pricing strategies and product innovation.
• Design segmented commercial models and lifecycle pricing across journeys.
• Review and optimise portfolio and propositions for B2B & B2C.
• Develop and prioritize new revenue opportunities across markets.
• Define data requirements for commercial decisioning and implement reporting dashboards.
