Job summary

Gigaclear plc in Abingdon is seeking a Commercial Insight & Intelligence Analyst to transform data into actionable commercial insights. You will develop reporting, dashboards and predictive analytics that influence marketing, sales, pricing and propositions.

Joining a growing analytics team, you will model customer lifetime value, churn, and campaign performance, and help automate reporting on the Commercial Intelligence Platform to empower faster, evidence-based decisions across the business.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial insight, business intelligence, data analytics or performance reporting.
• Experience with Power BI, SQL and Excel is essential.
• Knowledge of Snowflake, Python or R is advantageous.
• Ability to communicate complex findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Develop reporting, dashboards and ad-hoc analysis across sales, marketing, customer services and pricing.
• Support commercial decision-making with customer, product and market analyses.
• Analyze customer segmentation and market trends to improve targeting and propositions.
• Build predictive models for acquisition, churn, CLV, and forecasting.
• Evaluate pricing trials and marketing campaigns and provide evidence-based recommendations.
• Improve data quality and automate reporting within the Commercial Intelligence Platform.
• Maintain a focus on speed, accuracy and stakeholder satisfaction.
