Responsibilities
  1. Attract, select, onboard, develop, coach, motivate, promote, and effectively manage a team of Commercial Account Executives.
  2. Define and execute strategies required to sustainably grow new sales across EMEA Commercial accounts.
  3. Enable the team to proactively prospect, identify, qualify, and develop pipeline.
  4. Ensure internal cross-functional collaboration to drive effective team selling.
  5. Strategically analyze industry trends and performance metrics to drive execution and accelerate results.
  6. Drive excellence in sales execution leveraging the Pendo Value Framework.
  7. Effectively develop and monitor accurate sales forecasts.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 2+ years experience building and managing a high-performing sales team.
  • 5+ years experience selling enterprise SaaS technology in a fast-paced environment.
  • Track record of overachievement.
  • Must possess excellent value-based sales methodology and have a high aptitude for collaboration in a decentralized environment.
  • Must demonstrate the ability to adapt and lead in a fast-changing environment.
