Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced directors of privacy and compliance to help train their latest language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. This remote role offers flexible hours with 5–20 hours per week and ASAP start.

You will create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated materials across DPIAs, records of processing activities, GDPR/CCPA gap assessments, privacy notices, vendor DPAs, and breach notification protocols, collaborating with top-tier researchers and clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data privacy or regulatory compliance, with direct ownership of DPIAs, records of processing activities, and gdpr/ccpa gap assessments
• Experience drafting privacy notices and vendor data-processing agreements that hold up to regulator and customer scrutiny
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities
