Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years in telecom sales, business development, product or channel management.
• Experience with direct and indirect sales strategy, channel programs, and partner ecosystems.
• Experience applying business development, consultative sales and partner management.
• Knowledge of telecom technologies including optical transport, Carrier Ethernet, IP, and wave services.
• Proven ability to grow service provider relationships and sustain long-term partnerships.
• Experience in global cross-functional matrix environments and financial analysis.
• Experience in managed services, product lifecycle, and market opportunity assessment.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and execution for the managed services portfolio globally.
• Refresh service catalogue and align offerings to partner outcomes.
• Coordinate cross-functional engagement across key teams.
• Cultivate relationships with service providers and operators.
• Drive thought leadership to influence stakeholders and growth.
• Develop direct sales enablement strategy and prioritize resources.
• Report performance metrics to leadership to accelerate sales within partner network.
