Job summary

Ciena is seeking a Junior Services Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of services projects across the United Kingdom. You will coordinate cross-functional resources, including engineering teams, partners, and internal stakeholders, to execute delivery plans with strong governance and clear status updates.

The role requires 3+ years in service delivery or project management, with experience managing scope, milestones and risks, and the ability to travel regularly to London or Belfast

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in service delivery, project management, or service coordination within a relevant industry.
• Experience applying project management practices across full delivery lifecycle (planning, execution, monitoring, closure).
• Direct interaction with customers and cross-functional delivery teams (engineering, partners).
• Experience coordinating multiple complex projects with scope, milestones, and dependencies.
• Ability to travel regularly to London or Belfast offices (2–3 days per week).
