Job summary

LSEG in London seeks a Director-level professional to lead external audit engagements within Group Engineering, driving AI-enabled GRC improvements across governance, risk and compliance. You will coordinate with finance, auditors and engineers to strengthen evidence quality, manage regulatory responses and oversee remediation until closure.

Qualifications

• Led external audit engagements from planning to closure.
• Understanding of Technology and Cyber controls.
• Experience managing audit or remediation portfolios.
• Ability to explain technical or regulatory issues to leaders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning, evidence requests and testing readiness.
• Review findings and management responses to close gaps.
