Job summary

London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) is seeking a Manager to drive engineering governance within the Engineering Strategy programme. The role focuses on applying AI and low/no-code tooling to streamline governance, improve design quality and ensure product compliance across the portfolio.

You will define processes, run training, and lead CIO and senior engineering forums, helping shape the next generation of governance and delivery at a leading global financial infrastructure and data provider.

Qualifications

• Strong background in software engineering and/or Architecture.
• Experience of PowerApps development.
• Ability to engage and lead diverse stakeholder groups.

Responsibilities

• Defining engineering governance processes to ensure efficient architecture governance.
• Building governance processes using AI and PowerApps and providing supporting collateral.
• Operating the processes including tooling, training, and forums with senior engineering leaders.
