You will operate within the Group Chief Technology Risk office, providing independent risk assurance, KRIs, and governance support to Engineering and Corporate Development.

Qualificações

• Extensive experience in senior technology risk or IT governance roles.
• Strong understanding of 2nd Line oversight and Three Lines of Defence.
• Experience in complex global organisations.
• Clear understanding of M&A related technology risks.
• Solid understanding of AI/ML risks and governance.

Responsabilidades

• Provide independent 2nd Line oversight of technology, AI and M&A risks across the Group.
• Deliver risk insight, assurance and thematic analysis to senior partners.
• Support embedding of the ERMF across Engineering and risk functions.
• Develop and monitor KRIs and lead deep-dive reviews into risk areas.
