Job summary

Brahma AI is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to drive governance, cross‑stream alignment, and program delivery across AI, platform, and product teams. This remote role reports to the CTO and VP‑level stream owners, focusing on governance mechanics, capacity planning, and executive risk visibility.

You will establish lightweight governance, map dependencies, centralize milestones, and balance enterprise client needs with rapid AI platform development, helping Brahma AI scale while

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years leading multi‑stream programs in software or technology environments.
• Proven ability to design, implement, and run program governance models from scratch.
• Technical awareness of cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, or generative AI workflows.
• Ability to surface capacity bottlenecks, risks, and trade‑offs to executives without getting involved in arbitration.
• Experience balancing internal platform development with enterprise client deliverables.
• Familiarity with enterprise SaaS environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Governance Cadence: design, establish, and run lightweight governance forums to drive accountability.
• Dependency & Risk Tracking: map cross‑stream dependencies and track commitments.
• Single Source of Truth: centralize real‑time visibility over milestones, resources, and capacity.
• Capacity & Roadmap Alignment: synthesize internal priorities with client commitments while tracking engineering capacity.
• Trade‑Off Surfacing: present data‑backed scenarios and feasibility to VP/CTO for decision‑making.
• Foundational Operations: define scalable program workflows and communication protocols.
