Job summary

Arrows is hiring a Senior AI Engineer to move AI work from proof-of-concept into production. You will partner with the CTO to identify high-value AI use cases, shape the platform and architecture, and take agents from prototype to production, setting standards for safe usage as scale grows.

You will work in a fast-moving, scale-up environment, directly shaping AI direction and delivering end-user value with real customer impact.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience shipping agentic or LLM-powered systems to production.
• Experience with agent frameworks and live retrieval vs cached answers.
• Strong Python and solid engineering fundamentals (testing, VC, CI/CD).
• Experience with major cloud AI services (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Ability to design and defend system trade-offs for cost and latency.

Responsibilities

• Identify high-value AI use cases and shape platform architecture.
• Turn validated experiments into production-grade agents for a live product.
• Define guardrails, observability, and production readiness for agent estate.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to shape AI direction and standards.
