Job summary

Aqua Restaurant Group is seeking a Dim Sum Junior Sous Chef in London to join our vibrant team and help deliver exceptional Cantonese cuisine across our venues. You will assist in preparing and presenting high-quality dishes, ensuring consistency and culinary excellence.

You will work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to refine menus, develop new items, and support junior staff, all within a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Eligible to work in the UK is required.

Your Day At Aqua

• Culinary Creativity & Crafting Recipes for Success: Assist in preparing and presenting high-quality dishes, ensuring consistency and excellence in every plate. Collaborate with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to develop new menu items and refine existing recipes, bringing fresh ideas to the table
• Team Support & Development: Support and mentor junior team members providing guidance and training to help them grow and improve their skills. You will foster a positive and collaborative work environment, ensuring effective communication and teamwork during service

You will be paid £12.71 per hour. In addition, you can be a part of the venue’s Tronc system, which may give you up to £7.78 extra per hour. The Tronc system is managed by the Tronc Master.
