Aqua Restaurant Group is home to a unique collection of restaurants and bars with venues in London, The Shard-based Hutong among them. As a Dim Sim Chef de Partie, you will join a talented team of cooks to create exceptional dishes and foster a great working atmosphere.

You will be paid £12.71 per hour, with a Tronc system offering up to £4.00 extra per hour. All applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK, and Aqua welcomes applicants from all backgrounds.

Qualificações

• Dumpling making and bao crafting experience preferred.
• Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen under pressure.
• Strong sense of texture and flavour in dishes.

• Master the Steamer to craft delicate dumplings, fluffy bao, and crispy spring rolls.
• Maintain speed and precision under busy service to ensure consistent quality.

Your day at Aqua:

• Master of the Steamer– Craft delicate dumplings, fluffy bao, and crispy spring rolls that keep guests coming back for more
• Speed & Precision – Work your magic under pressure while ensuring every bite is a perfect balance of texture and flavour.

You will be paid £12.71 per hour. In addition, you can be a part of the venue’s Tronc system, which may give you up to £4.00 extra per hour. The Tronc system is managed by the Tronc Master.
