Job summary

Aqua Restaurant Group in London is seeking a Commis Waiter to join our welcoming waiting team and help deliver authentic dining experiences.

You will provide warm service, collaborate with waiters and senior staff, and contribute to guest satisfaction every shift. This role is London-based, with a pay of £12.71 per hour plus potential Tronc uplift; eligibility to work in the UK is required.

As our Commis Waiter, you will help us create an authentic experience for our guests by supporting our waiting team. We are looking for someone passionate and very hospitable in their approach to customer service.

Dim Sum Library serves up modern Cantonese atmosphere in the heart of London in The Yards. We’ve got next-level dim sum, tea-inspired cocktails, and all-day dining. And we’re just a short two-minute walk from Covent Garden or Leicester Square station. Easy to get to, hard to leave.

Your day at Aqua:

• Memorable dining experiences: Provide a warm and friendly support to our waiting team, ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests
• Team collaboration: Work closely with our waiters and senior waiters on delivering a great service for our guests

You will be paid £12.71 per hour. In addition, you can be a part of the venue’s Tronc system, which may give you up to £1.79 extra per hour each month. The Tronc system is managed by the Tronc Master.
