Aqua Restaurant Group operates in London with a distinctive Northern Chinese dining concept at The Shard. We are seeking a Dim Sim Chef de Partie to join a talented kitchen team crafting dumplings, bao, and crispy rolls.

You will work under pressure to deliver consistent, high-quality dishes while maintaining great teamwork and a positive dining room experience. Eligibility to work in the UK is required.

Your Day At Aqua

• Master of the Steamer - Craft delicate dumplings, fluffy bao, and crispy spring rolls that keep guests coming back for more
• Speed & Precision - Work your magic under pressure while ensuring every bite is a perfect balance of texture and flavour.

You will be paid £12.71 per hour. In addition, you can be a part of the venue's Tronc system, which may give you up to £4.00 extra per hour. The Tronc system is managed by the Tronc Master.
