Aqua Shard in London is seeking a passionate Sommelier to guide guests through our wine experience and elevate dining. You will curate our wine list to reflect our British-inspired menu and work with front-of-house teams to deliver flawless service.

The role offers opportunities to develop expertise across a diverse beverage program, contribute to special pours, and support ongoing training. Eligible to live and work in the UK; hourly pay plus potential Tronc.

We serve lunch, afternoon tea, dinner and brunch against a backdrop of stunning panoramic views of London.

Your Day At Aqua

• Wine expert & guide: You will be the go-to person for all things wine, helping choose the perfect bottle or glass to complement guest's meal and elevate their dining experience
• Curate our wine selection: You will oversee our wine list, showcasing a diverse range of top-quality wines that reflect our menu and delight our customers

You will be paid £12.71 per hour. In addition, you can be a part of the venue's Tronc system, which may give you up to £4.81 extra per hour each month. The Tronc system is managed by the Tronc Master.
